HVAC Foreman – Commercial & Residential

We’re searching for a seasoned HVAC Foreman ready to lead field teams on commercial and residential projects, drive excellence, and be part of a company that’s shaping the future of the trade.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HVAC field crews across diverse project scopes—new construction, retrofits, and replacements
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals to direct daily site work
• Install and oversee ductwork, piping, rooftop units, and controls
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld at every phase
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project managers to keep jobs on track and expectations clear
• Mentor and coach team members—from apprentices to seasoned techs—to develop future leaders
• Troubleshoot, document, and communicate field conditions using company tools and processes

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial and residential)
• 2+ years of crew leadership or foreman experience
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and safety codes
• Proficiency with mechanical plans, specs, and construction sequencing
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
• OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, accountability, and team-building skills
